A Hilarious Retelling

This play is a retelling of Chekhov's The Seagull and acts as a very meta form of theatre. The play is very self aware and the director wanted the audience to feel like they were watching a mishmash of all of the performances of this show at one time. Because of this, I really got to play with patterning and color theory.

Along with that, I was able to use stock everything and saved a lot of money by choosing to not repaint anything. In a way, the pieces of the set really were remnants of previous works of theatre, which ended up being very organic.
